Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

To support quality measures for Essential Plan and Medicare populations, the full-time Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will conduct provider and member outreach, assist with medication adherence initiatives, and ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Support initiatives to resolve gaps in care through direct outreach and collaboration with providers
• Provide clinical pharmacy support to pharmacy technicians and assist with member medication adherence
• Oversee compliance with all State and Federal regulations and precept Pharmacy Residents and Students

Required qualifications:

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Registered Pharmacist with a state license in good standing
• Experience in clinical communication that is clear and professional
• Knowledge of specialty pharmaceuticals and billing practices in medical and pharmacy benefits
