Licensed Clinical Pharmacist
Job Summary
To support safe and effective medication services, the full-time Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will review patient profiles, manage prescription data entry, and collaborate with healthcare professionals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review and complete prior authorization criteria and patient profiles to determine appropriate clinical actions
- Perform prescription data entry, dispensing medications, and conducting final quality checks for accuracy
- Communicate with patients and physicians to resolve prescription questions and support therapeutic interventions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing in the state of residence
- Minimum two years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or hospital setting
- Experience with prescription review, processing, and dispensing
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet technology security requirements
