Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

Acting as a subject matter expert, the remote Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will provide comprehensive support for clinical programs, including triaging calls, conducting outreach, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and HIPAA guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Triage clinical incoming calls and conduct outreach to members, pharmacies, and prescribers
• Support operations of clinical programs, including pharmacogenomics and Medication Therapy Management
• Provide on-call support for after-hours clinical programs and ensure customer satisfaction through professional service

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license
• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree with 2+ years of clinical pharmacy practice experience
• 2+ years of prior managed care and/or clinical program administration experience or completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program
• Experience in customer service or call center environments
• Ability to work independently in a remote, high-volume, metric-driven call center environment
