Licensed Clinical Pharmacist Advisor

Job Summary

To support Medicare Part D members and providers, the full-time Licensed Clinical Pharmacist Advisor will manage case setups, review clinical information for decision-making, and ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate setup and processing of Medicare appeals cases
• Review clinical information and contact providers for additional data when necessary
• Complete timely documentation of Medicare Part D requests while meeting productivity and quality standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing in the state of residence
• 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience with Medicare Part D requests
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word with data entry experience
• Experience applying clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements
