Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of post-graduate experience (PsyD, PhD, MD, or DO)
• Experience working in high-growth healthcare or digital health startups
• Proven partnership with product teams to develop digital or AI-driven tools
• Knowledge of AI governance, risk frameworks, and clinical standards
• Expertise in quality, patient safety, and behavioral health operations
