Licensed Clinical Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Product Manager, the successful candidate will develop and manage client-facing mental health resources, support AI tool development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high-impact self-care resources, including articles, videos, and quick tips based on evidence-based practices
• Create customized content for diverse populations through qualitative research to enhance clinical value
• Support AI tool development by contributing to testing, quality assurance, and writing clinical responses to ensure safety and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• PsyD or PhD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
• Fully licensed psychologist with 2+ years of direct clinical experience post-licensure
• Demonstrated writing and content development experience focused on evidence-based mental health skills
• Training in and experience delivering evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, DBT)
• Experience in mental health promotion/prevention interventions is a plus
