Job Summary
To enhance the effectiveness of AI tools for mental health professionals, the full-time Licensed Clinical Product Specialist will define clinical standards, evaluate AI outputs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define clinically excellent AI output and translate clinical judgment into measurable standards and evaluation methods
- Work hands-on with AI systems to improve quality and analyze failure modes, ensuring readiness for customer use
- Partner with customers and clinical leaders to understand their needs and translate them into clear product requirements
Required qualifications
- Licensed behavioral health clinician with direct-care experience and strong clinical judgment
- Fluency in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and MI
- Experience with measurement-based care and assessing clinical risk, including suicidality
- Familiarity with AI-enabled clinical initiatives and behavioral health documentation
- Ability to translate clinical nuances into clear product requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders
