Job Summary

Leading the strategic vision and execution of maternal health programs, the full-time Senior Director, Clinical Program will design and implement clinical strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive program innovation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of the Maternity Program, ensuring alignment with clinical and business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance program offerings and manage client and member escalations
• Ensure clinical programs meet regulatory standards and develop key performance indicators to monitor outcomes and drive improvements

Required qualifications

• Clinician (Midwife, RN, PA, or LCSW) or researcher (PhD or MPH) with experience in maternal health program design and evaluation
• 10+ years of experience in Clinical Program Management across the full program lifecycle
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Proven ability to navigate complex problems and drive innovation in healthcare settings
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
