Licensed Clinical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Program Manager for a Suicide Prevention Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Extenders to implement and enhance the Suicide Prevention Program
• Assess members' needs, create service plans, and monitor progress toward goals
• Coordinate team schedules, participate in hiring, and ensure compliance with program standards

Required Qualifications

• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) is required
• 3-5 years of experience in team management and program implementation
• Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, or health care management
• Experience in compliance with laws and regulations in care delivery
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
