Licensed Clinical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Program Manager responsible for managing clinical projects to improve member experience, quality of care, and reduce healthcare costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track clinical projects supporting strategic goals with provider groups and hospital systems
• Analyze data and develop interventions to support the Triple Aim, including creating work plans and policies
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive performance improvement and track progress of action plans

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Five to seven years of experience in managed care, focusing on quality improvement or clinical operations
• Experience analyzing and presenting data to drive outcomes
• At least two years of project management experience in a medical group, IPA, or health plan setting
• Licensed behavioral health clinician or RN with psychiatric experience required
