Licensed Clinical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and management of clinical pharmacy programs, the full-time Licensed Clinical Program Manager will oversee the Medication Therapy Management (MTM) program, ensuring compliance with CMS requirements and driving program performance, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the strategy, design, and launch of new clinical programs and enhancements across various channels
• Serve as a clinical subject matter expert for MTM and present findings to the National Pharmacy & Therapeutics committee
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop business strategies, and drive program performance against key metrics

Required qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor's degree in pharmacy
• Current and unrestricted pharmacist licensure
• 3+ years of experience as a clinical pharmacist
• 3+ years of Managed Care or Clinical Program Management experience
• Beginner level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools for data analysis
