Job Summary
To support the Enterprise Tele-Behavioral Health Clinical Services contract with the Defense Health Agency, the remote Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide virtual individual and group counseling for low to moderate acuity patients, recommend treatment plans, and perform various psychological evaluations during night shifts.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions and provide treatment for patients with acute mental health conditions
- Perform psychological evaluations, including fitness for duty assessments and Medical Evaluation Board evaluations
- Develop and document comprehensive treatment plans while collaborating with other medical professionals
Required qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited institution
- Completion of an APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship in professional psychology
- Two years of post-graduate experience as a Clinical Psychologist using virtual platforms
- Current, active, valid, unrestricted clinical license to practice Psychology independently in the U.S
- Ability to obtain and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Red Cross
