Job Summary
To launch and lead a new clinical psychology program, the full-time Lead Clinical Psychologist will conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children and adolescents, establish clinical standards, and supervise psychology staff in a remote telehealth environment across multiple states.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and provide feedback to clients and caregivers
- Develop and implement workflows, documentation standards, and quality expectations for the psychology service line
- Supervise and mentor Psychological Associates while ensuring compliance with state laws and ethical standards
Required qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, School Psychology, or a closely related field
- Active and unrestricted psychologist license in at least one state where the company operates
- Experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations, particularly for ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong knowledge of standardized psychological testing and diagnostic formulation
- Experience with telehealth and multi-state practice preferred
