Job Summary
To support clinical quality initiatives, the full-time Licensed Clinical Quality Coordinator will manage data collection and submission to national quality databases, collaborate with various departments for performance improvement, and ensure accurate documentation and analysis of patient information in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Identify patient populations for inclusion in quality programs and collect relevant patient information
- Analyze data and present solutions to improve clinical processes in collaboration with healthcare staff
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into the database while identifying opportunities for process improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Respiratory Therapy, or a Diploma/Associate's Degree with three years of quality outcomes experience in a hospital setting, or a Master's degree with one year of hospital experience
- Three years of experience in a hospital setting required
- Experience with clinical chart review and abstraction preferred
- Proficiency in software applications for data collection and analysis
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams
