Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee patient safety initiatives and continuous clinical care improvement initiatives
• Provide oversight of clinical care standards across therapy, dietary, medical, and psychiatry disciplines
• Lead clinical incident investigations and develop risk mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a behavioral health or clinical field
• Independent clinical licensure applicable to the setting
• 8+ years of experience in behavioral health with expertise in clinical quality improvement or utilization management
• Demonstrated experience in reviewing behavioral health clinical documentation in a telehealth context
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in a remote or telehealth setting
