Licensed Clinical Quality Director

Job Summary

To support a rapidly scaling telehealth network, the full-time salaried Licensed Clinical Quality Director will own the strategic design and implementation of clinical quality and compliance functions, ensuring high standards of care across multiple states while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize clinical quality strategy and frameworks for performance monitoring and compliance across a multi-state network
• Define and measure effective clinical supervision standards, integrating them into the overall clinical scorecard
• Manage HIPAA compliance and regulatory risk, building policy infrastructure that anticipates organizational growth

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building clinical quality infrastructure in behavioral health settings
• Experience designing clinical supervision competency frameworks in distributed environments
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA and multi-state telehealth regulations
• Experience managing external regulatory relationships with payers and auditors
• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) strongly preferred
