Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality LPN.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote data mining in EHR systems and perform provider outreach for chart collection
• Coordinate HEDIS and STARs data gathering and abstraction into relevant applications
• Analyze chart data for integrity and follow up with providers on incomplete records

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Licensed Professional/Vocational Nurse
• One or more years of experience in provider outreach and/or EHR system navigation
• One or more years of HEDIS/STAR experience
• Two or more years of experience with data analysis and quality chart reviews
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
