Licensed Clinical Quality Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Quality Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the provider performance and escalations team
• Conduct audits and quality assurance reviews to promote quality of care
• Track key quality metrics and suggest actions for quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist with a minimum of 3 years post-licensure experience
• 2+ years of clinical management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of the legal and ethical aspects of clinical care delivery
• Experience providing tele-behavioral health; EAP experience is a plus
• Excitement and skill in using AI and other new technologies to support innovation
