Licensed Clinical Quality Manager

Job Summary

Leading strategic quality initiatives remotely, the full-time Licensed Clinical Quality Manager will enhance provider performance and clinical quality across the organization by designing scalable quality programs, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement using AI-first technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation, utilizing AI technology to optimize workflows and decision support
• Transform provider policies and clinical resources into engaging tools to improve care quality and compliance
• Develop and maintain policies that support compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards while driving quality improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist with a minimum of 7+ years of post-licensure experience, including tele-behavioral health
• 4+ years of experience in clinical quality, clinical operations, or healthcare operations leadership
• Strong knowledge of healthcare quality, provider operations, and accreditation standards
• Experience in building performance management frameworks and operational documentation
• Demonstrated AI fluency and experience in leveraging AI to improve workflows and decision-making
