Licensed Clinical Quality Manager

Job Summary

Providing clinical quality oversight in a remote environment, the full-time Licensed Clinical Quality Manager will manage up to 40 vIOP therapists, support their recruitment and training, and ensure adherence to evidence-based treatment models while maintaining a small personal caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical quality oversight and administrative supervision of vIOP therapists
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of vIOP therapists
• Conduct ongoing mentoring, feedback, and consultation for therapists regarding performance and clinical quality

Required qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology, or a Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) from an accredited program
• Current unrestricted license to practice within the United States
• 5+ years of postgraduate clinical experience, particularly in an IOP setting
• 2+ years of experience in clinical supervision/training of evidence-based therapies
• Grounded in cultural humility with a commitment to culturally responsive care
