Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Specialist to uphold and strengthen the quality of care within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to execute clinical roadmaps and standard operating procedures
• Provide ongoing support to providers for maintaining high-quality care delivery
• Monitor and respond to clinical adverse events and manage provider escalations

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health discipline
• Active, cleared clinical license (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent)
• Strong clinical judgment and experience with escalations and quality-related investigations
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
• Commitment to provider support and quality management
