Job Summary

Licensed Clinical Quality Specialist is a full-time remote position focused on utilization management and clinical review to ensure appropriate care delivery and support client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct utilization reviews to assess medical necessity and treatment appropriateness
• Investigate provider concerns and monitor clinical adverse events
• Track utilization metrics and contribute to quality improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health discipline
• Active clinical license in good standing (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMHC)
• Strong clinical judgment and experience with quality-related investigations
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
• Familiarity with clinical technology platforms for documentation and data analysis
