Job Summary
To ensure high-quality care delivery, the full-time Licensed Clinical Quality Specialist will oversee quality inputs for therapists, conduct chart reviews, respond to incident reports, and monitor quality metrics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct chart reviews and payer audits to evaluate care quality and adherence to policies
- Review and respond to incident reports, determining next steps and escalation paths
- Monitor quality metrics and support the Director of Care Quality in addressing provider quality issues
Required qualifications
- Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or Social Work
- A clinical license to practice in good standing
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Experience working with children in a virtual mental health setting
- Experience with quality review of clinical documentation and development of audit processes
