Job Summary
Supporting clinical excellence, the full-time Licensed Clinical Quality Specialist will manage provider onboarding, training, and quality improvement activities while maintaining a reduced clinical caseload in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding and training for newly hired clinical providers to ensure integration into clinical workflows
- Conduct clinical chart audits to assess documentation quality and regulatory compliance
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives focused on clinical performance and patient outcomes
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active and unrestricted independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Strong knowledge of clinical documentation standards and evidence-based practices
- Ability to work a full-time schedule of 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
