Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter to manage high-volume recruiting for clinical and corporate roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and close high-priority roles, managing end-to-end recruiting for licensed clinical and corporate positions
- Align hiring strategies with clinical capacity and growth plans while maintaining strong ATS hygiene
- Track hiring metrics and identify risks early, implementing corrective strategies as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in behavioral health or healthcare roles across multiple states
- Experience recruiting corporate roles in growth-stage organizations
- Strong data fluency and ability to use recruiting metrics for decision-making
- Experience with ATS candidate management and reporting, preferably with Greenhouse
- Proven ability to operate independently in fast-growth environments with executive visibility
