Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter to manage high-volume recruiting for clinical and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and close high-priority roles, managing end-to-end recruiting for licensed clinical and corporate positions
  • Align hiring strategies with clinical capacity and growth plans while maintaining strong ATS hygiene
  • Track hiring metrics and identify risks early, implementing corrective strategies as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in behavioral health or healthcare roles across multiple states
  • Experience recruiting corporate roles in growth-stage organizations
  • Strong data fluency and ability to use recruiting metrics for decision-making
  • Experience with ATS candidate management and reporting, preferably with Greenhouse
  • Proven ability to operate independently in fast-growth environments with executive visibility
