A company is looking for a Sourcing Specialist- Clinical Recruiter in Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

Source 60-100+ qualified clinician leads per week through various channels
Build and execute multi-touch outbound campaigns to drive response rates
Partner with the team to calibrate on role requirements and maintain data hygiene

Required Qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or sourcing experience
1+ year sourcing in healthcare, preferably in behavioral or mental health
Demonstrated success in high-volume sourcing environments
Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean fluency
Hands-on experience with an ATS and CRM/sequencing tool
