Job Summary

To support the growth of a mission-driven organization, the full-time Licensed Clinical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for Behavioral Health Care Manager roles, focusing on sourcing, screening, and onboarding licensed mental health clinicians in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for BHCM roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of licensed mental health clinicians
• Track and report on recruiting metrics to ensure data integrity and process efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in licensed behavioral health roles
• Demonstrated experience recruiting licensed mental health clinicians and familiarity with state licensure requirements
• Experience with an ATS and strong attention to pipeline data integrity
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• High level of ownership and urgency, with the ability to drive candidates and hiring managers through the process efficiently
