Licensed Clinical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support the growth of a clinical provider network, the contract Licensed Clinical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment process for licensed mental health therapists, including outreach, provider evaluation, and serving as the primary point of contact, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Recruits mental health providers for specified roles and geographic areas
• Screens resumes and schedules interviews for potential candidates
• Acts as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical recruitment role within the healthcare industry, preferably recruiting mental health therapists
• Strong passion for changing the landscape of Behavioral Health
• Proficient in Recruitment Technology stack, with familiarity in Lever preferred
• Proven record of success in recruitment, striving for excellence and productivity
• Experience with customer service platforms, such as ZenDesk, and HR platforms
