Job Summary

Owning full-cycle recruiting for licensed mental health providers, the part-time Clinical Recruiter will proactively source candidates, conduct screening calls, and collaborate with clinical leadership to fill roles in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for various licensed clinicians, including therapists and psychiatric providers
• Proactively source candidates through multiple platforms, focusing on outbound pipeline building
• Conduct candidate screens to assess clinical fit, licensure, and alignment with the organization's care model

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of recruiting experience in healthcare or clinical settings
• Strong outbound sourcing skills with experience in high-volume recruiting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with ATS systems and structured recruiting workflows
• Experience with multi-state operations and HR policy enforcement
