Licensed Clinical Resource Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Resource Manager to support the growth of clinical resources for case management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate prioritization and escalation of clinical case management positions in collaboration with various departments
• Identify and document development plans for clinical case management team members to ensure competency
• Act as a liaison for referral placement and assist in determining capacity limits for the clinical case management team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field; RN licensure preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in managing catastrophic injury and chronic pain conditions with CCM certification required
• Prior experience in recruiting, candidate selection, and training preferred
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and distance learning tools
• Awareness of legal regulations impacting patient care management and case management standards
