Licensed Clinical Reviewer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Licensed Clinical Reviewer will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of review cases, manage daily workloads, and collaborate on quality monitoring activities while working remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Assures accuracy and timeliness of all applicable review type cases within contract requirements
• Assesses and adjusts daily workload and call queues to meet departmental demands
• Functions as a liaison for provider customer service issues and problem resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
• Active, unrestricted LPN or RN license in the applicable state and/or a Compact State license
• 2+ years of clinical experience in a hospital or post-acute environment
• 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment
• 1 year of Medical record abstracting experience required
