Licensed Clinical Risk Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Risk Manager to oversee the clinical risk program for a nationwide behavioral health provider network, managing safety events from intake to closure, leading investigations, and driving systems improvements, all within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the intake, triage, and case management process for reported safety events, ensuring timely response and closure
• Lead investigations of serious events, analyzing contributing factors and coordinating with clinical leadership when necessary
• Drive corrective actions to closure and translate findings into system improvements to enhance patient safety

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare risk management or patient safety
• Experience in behavioral health settings, including outpatient, telehealth, or crisis management
• Proven track record of managing event investigations and corrective action processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop risk mitigation plans
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and building a culture of reporting
