Licensed Clinical Services Director

Job Summary

To lead the evolution of clinical care models, the full-time Licensed Clinical Services Director will oversee clinical quality, clinician hiring and development, and implementation of care standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clinical policies and standards to support measurement-based teletherapy
• Recruit and build a high-quality clinical team through effective hiring and training programs
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision, ensuring ongoing quality review and professional development for clinicians

Required qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
• Active psychologist license in at least one U.S. state, with the ability to obtain licensure in additional states
• 7+ years of clinical experience, including supervising licensed clinicians
• Experience leading clinical quality initiatives within behavioral health organizations
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapies and measurement-based care
