Licensed Clinical Services Director

Job Summary

Providing leadership and vision for clinical services, the full-time Licensed Clinical Services Director will oversee mental health service delivery, supervise staff, and ensure inclusive practices while working onsite or in a hybrid capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical service goals and policies in collaboration with the CAPS Leadership Team
• Provide direct counseling services and supervise clinical staff, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and effective service delivery
• Coordinate outreach and educational initiatives related to mental health and psychological wellness on campus

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology)
• Current independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist) and eligibility for Oregon licensure within three months of hire
• Seven years of experience in clinical mental health services, including five years of supervisory experience
• Demonstrated commitment to supporting the mental health needs of historically marginalized students
• Experience managing crisis situations and leading diverse mental health teams
