Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

Leading the treatment team, the full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker will conduct intake assessments, provide individual support, and ensure compliance with member admission requirements while utilizing a custom EMR in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate individuals' appropriateness for the program and complete daily clinical assessments
• Provide individual support, including crisis intervention and referrals, while coordinating with Care Navigators and treatment providers
• Document members' progress efficiently in the EMR system and participate in training for licensure upkeep

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Behavioral health licensure including LCSW, LSW, or equivalent, with the ability to obtain licensure reciprocity
• Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a substance use disorder (SUD) setting
• High comfort level with technology, including EMR and mobile apps
• Minimum two years of experience completing intakes in a SUD setting
