Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Social Worker (8:30AM - 5:00PM EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and provide therapeutic interventions for patients and families
• Provide crisis intervention and support during behavioral health crises and end-of-life decisions
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care and advocate for patients' needs

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Valid and current master's level license in the practice state (e.g., LISW, LCSW)
• Preferred certifications: OSW-C or APHSW-C
• Minimum three to five years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in oncology or palliative care
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
