Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical customer service through telephonic assessments and referrals for healthcare resources
• Conduct utilization management and medical necessity determinations to facilitate timely authorizations
• Engage with members and providers to educate on behavioral health benefits and ensure quality service delivery

Required Qualifications

• A current, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Clinical Psychologist, or Registered Nurse)
• 3-5 years of direct clinical care experience in psychiatric or chemical dependency treatment
• Strong clinical skills and ability to pass comprehensive background checks
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• High-speed internet service and a quiet workspace for remote work
