Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Worker LCSW for a part-time, remote position during the day shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Support mental health and wellness programs for caregivers and staff
• Conduct assessments and provide therapeutic environments for discussing mental health challenges
• Engage in program improvement and collaborate with team members to enhance mental health resources

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical care experience with behavioral health needs
• State-specific LCSW or equivalent licensure required
• Experience in conducting mental health assessments and interventions
• Certification in Mental Health First Aid preferred
