Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinician, C365 who will provide clinical customer service and support for behavioral health needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments, care coordination, and decision support for members in crisis and non-crisis situations
• Conduct utilization management, peer reviews, and medical necessity determinations while ensuring timely authorizations
• Engage with members, providers, and stakeholders to educate them on behavioral health benefits and resources

Required Qualifications

• A current, unrestricted license as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Counselor, Clinical Psychologist, or Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 3-5 years of direct clinical care experience in psychiatric or chemical dependency treatment
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• High-speed internet service and a suitable home workspace for remote work
