Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

Leading dynamic group therapy sessions, the full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker will facilitate discussions, collaborate with care teams, and support member progress in a mission-driven recovery community.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 3-4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using structured, evidence-based curricula
• Facilitate group discussions and monitor member progress while documenting outcomes
• Engage in local community outreach to promote the organization's mission

Required qualifications

• Active LCSW in three or more specified states
• Minimum of two years leading groups in a substance use disorder setting
• High comfort level with technology, including EMR and telehealth software
• Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9 PM as needed
• Preferred backgrounds include experience in mental health, social work, or substance use disorder treatment
