Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker will deliver compassionate mental health care remotely, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
• Utilize telehealth technology to provide therapy sessions and maintain patient confidentiality
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals and ensure continuity of care

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Ability to maintain a private workspace that complies with HIPAA regulations
