Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

Supporting suicide prevention initiatives for active-duty members, the full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker will coordinate programming, provide clinical care as needed, and serve as a subject matter expert in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement suicide prevention policies and programs across the Component
• Monitor compliance with suicide prevention requirements and integrate best practices into training and family programs
• Provide clinical supervision and support for individuals identified as at risk, including therapy and case management

Required qualifications

• Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) or equivalent degree from an accredited school of social work
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Minimum of two years of peer-reviewable clinical social work experience in a mental health setting
• Working knowledge of professional standards and ethics related to clinical social work services
• Experience providing brief behavioral interventions
