Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage a caseload of clients remotely, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options while contributing to a mission of expanding access to mental health care.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
• Utilize telehealth technology to deliver therapy sessions and maintain client communication
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals and ensure patient safety

Required qualifications:

• Master's level degree in social work and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience in mental health or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
• Ability to maintain a private workspace compliant with HIPAA regulations
