Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker - FL to provide outpatient telehealth services remotely, focusing on mental health care delivery and treatment planning for a diverse patient population.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient mental health services through telehealth, managing a diverse client portfolio
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients to achieve their mental health goals
• Utilize technology effectively for telehealth sessions and internal communication while ensuring patient privacy and HIPAA compliance

Required qualifications:

• Master's level degree in social work and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred
• Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
• Ability to work from a private home office that meets HIPAA standards for patient safety
