Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Indiana

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Indiana will provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients, conducting evaluations and treatment plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish treatment plans for patients (ages 18+)
• Provide therapy services to patients with moderate acuity
• Collaborate with a network of support including psychiatry, crisis services, and case managers

Required qualifications

• Active Indiana LCSW license required
• Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed LCSW
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours
• Experience treating patients across varying acuity levels
• Telehealth experience preferred
