Job Summary
Providing evidence-based behavioral health interventions, the full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will support members in a remote setting, focusing on chronic musculoskeletal pain management and psychosocial factors affecting recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for referred MSK members
- Develop individualized behavioral health treatment plans and deliver structured Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Chronic Pain (CBT-CP) interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate care with primary care physicians and behavioral health providers
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program
- Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in chronic pain management or related behavioral health settings
- Training and/or experience delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for chronic pain or similar evidence-based interventions
