Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Summary

To support innovative healthcare delivery, the part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will leverage virtual reality technology via telehealth to provide immersive and personalized remote healthcare experiences, requiring at least 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and ongoing treatment interventions according to practice standards
• Complete assessments to determine patient eligibility for virtual reality headset use
• Document patient progress and adjust training plans based on performance and data analytics

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited institution
• LCSW with multiple state licenses
• Experience with evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, and Motivational Interviewing
• Experience treating patients with Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders, PTSD, and other mental health conditions
• Access to a private office and dependable internet connection
