Licensed Clinical Social Worker (NJ & NY)

Job Summary

To support a growing Behavioral Health Teletherapy Program, the full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (NJ & NY) will perform psychosocial assessments, provide counseling and therapy for patients, and maintain a caseload of 15-20 patients weekly, working remotely with flexible scheduling options.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide evidence-based counseling and therapy
• Maintain timely documentation and treatment planning while collaborating with patients and families
• Demonstrate cultural competency and respond to urgent patient needs effectively

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both New York and New Jersey
• Medicaid Provider Number for NY or NJ
• Minimum of 3000 hours of qualifying post-Master's social work experience
• Experience working with pediatric and adolescent patients
