Licensed Clinical Social Worker (NY)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (NY license) for a remote, full-time or part-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments and provide counseling and therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities
• Maintain a caseload of 15-20 patients weekly and complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Work collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to address treatment obstacles

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work is required
• Clinical Social Worker licensure in New York or New Jersey is mandatory
• A minimum of 3000 hours of post-Master's social work experience is needed for licensure
• Experience with pediatric and adolescent patients is essential
• Must possess a NY or NJ Medicaid number
