Licensed Clinical Social Worker (NY)

Job Summary

To support a growing Behavioral Health Teletherapy Program, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (NY) will provide comprehensive teletherapy services for pediatric and adolescent patients, managing a caseload of 15-20 patients weekly, in a remote full-time or part-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments and provide evidence-based counseling and therapy
• Maintain timely documentation, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the care team to address treatment obstacles

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work is required
• Clinical Social Worker licensure in New York or New Jersey
• Must have a Medicaid Provider Number
• Minimum of 3000 hours of post-Master's social work experience
• Experience working with pediatric and adolescent patients
